I have known Claire since 2010 when she became my personal trainer.  I was not quite sure what my goal was, but I knew I needed some serious guidance around building core strength and endurance.  Claire quickly educated me about the importance of eating the right foods and this is where I realized it’s not just about the gym!  Claire is an expert in nutrition and an expert in fitness.  She is warm and easy to talk to making it easier to share.  She’s not bad on the eye either, which also helps!  She spent time to understand my diet and my lifestyle and devised me a precise training program and food plan.  The results were unbelievable; they came quick and I began to notice so many changes in my body and my mind; I was sleeping better, becoming stronger, and getting real definition.  Claire has also become my best friend and I have recommended her to many of my friends and most recently my immediate family wherein Claire devised a training program and food plan for each of them.  Claire made me realize it’s about your whole lifestyle, and not some crazy diet or silly routine in the gym.  I am stronger, better informed about how to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle, and I am a better person today because of Claire.
