My Approach

  • Each clients needs, wants, restrictions, condition, goals, health, mental and physical state, injuries etc etc will all be taken into consideration when writing and executing the absolutely perfect plan.


  • Each client will 100 percent be treated as an individual, there will be no ‘one size fits all approach’


  • The plan of attack will be devised once I (Claire) have our first skype call and together we figure out the plan of attack.
